9Farms is an online agricultural marketplace based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, offering fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, seasonal crops, and livestock. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
2. Use of Our Website
By using 9farms.pk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
- Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share them with others
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that may harm 9Farms or other users
- Do not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order on 9farms.PK, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example, in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors.
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be completed at the time of order placement via our available payment methods
- We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
- Orders above Rs. 1,200 qualify for free shipping as advertised on our website
- We only accept 100% advance payment for all orders. Since we deal in fresh, perishable farm products
4. Product Quality, Our Commitment
At 9Farms, we are deeply committed to sourcing and delivering the highest quality farm-fresh products. Every order is carefully selected and packed with the goal of reaching you in the best possible condition.
5. Quality Limitations, Internal Defects
Agricultural products are natural goods and, by their nature, can sometimes have internal conditions that are not detectable from the outside, such as internal spoilage, unexpected taste variation, or internal texture issues.
Please note: 9Farms cannot be held responsible for internal quality issues that are not visible or detectable at the time of packing and dispatch. This includes, but is not limited to, produce that appears fresh on the outside but is found to be spoiled, bitter, or unsatisfactory in taste on the inside. Such conditions are beyond our reasonable control and are an inherent characteristic of natural agricultural products.
We appreciate your understanding of the nature of fresh produce and encourage customers to inspect products upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds, Visible Defects
While we take every precaution to ensure quality, we fully acknowledge and accept responsibility for any issues that are visibly apparent at the time of delivery. These include:
- Visibly spoiled, rotten, or damaged produce
- Unpleasant or foul odour detectable upon receiving the order
- Produce that is clearly wilted, discoloured, or in unacceptable condition
- Any other defect that is externally visible and apparent at the time of delivery
If you receive a visibly defective order, you are entitled to a return or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a return or replacement promptly.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery, or for internal quality issues as described in Section 5 above.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders in a timely and careful manner. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, and other factors outside our control. 9Farms is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address
- Inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any visible issues immediately
- We currently serve delivery areas within Punjab only
- All deliveries are made between 9 AM to 5 PM. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive it anytime during these hours.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before making the payment. After this period, the order may already be in preparation or dispatch, and cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on 9farms.pk, including the logo, product images, text, and website design, is the property of 9Farms and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, 9Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or personal injury, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 9farms.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
