We offer both seasonal and non-seasonal farm products that include fresh fruits & vegetables, desi hee.

Since we source directly from local farms we don’t use cold storage or keep long-term stock, so everything you get is fresh.

It’s always better to call or WhatsApp us before placing your order to confirm availability, since stock changes weekly. In case something sells out after your order, we’ll reach out to you directly before dispatch. There will be no substitutions without your approval.

How long does delivery usually take?

All deliveries are made between 9 AM to 5 PM. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive it anytime during these hours. We recommend keeping your phone available so our rider can reach you

Yes, we only accept 100% advance payment for all orders. Since we deal in fresh, perishable farm products that are harvested on order, we can’t process COD. This helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair for everyone. Payment options available at checkout.

No, charges vary. Nearby major cities cost less; distant areas may cost more due to courier rates and parcel weight.

Not yet. Right now we only deliver within Punjab.

Yes, you get a confirmation. If anything important comes up, the team contacts you directly.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

Something arrived damaged or wrong. Now what?

If the product is visibly spoiled on delivery bad smell, clearly rotten, or physically damaged contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. However, if the issue is only discovered after cutting it open, like taste or inside spoilage, we can’t offer a replacement. As a farm-fresh brand, we hand-pick the best quality from outside, but we can’t see inside each fruit or vegetable. We appreciate your understanding.

No, orders begin processing immediately. Please double check details before placing an order.

Food items are generally not returnable, but if something seems spoiled or wrong from the outside, you can still report it to us for assistance.
