All fresh fruits and vegetables are available on 100% advance payment only. Due to the perishable nature of these products, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

A claim will only be accepted if the product has visible external damage at the time of delivery, such as being badly bent, cut, crushed, or physically damaged from the outside.

We always make every effort to select and dispatch products that are fresh, firm, and in good condition from the outside. However, the internal condition of fresh fruits and vegetables cannot always be determined without cutting them open.

Therefore, no refund, return, replacement, or claim will be accepted if the product appears fresh and undamaged from the outside but is found spoiled, damaged, discolored, or unsatisfactory from the inside after cutting/opening.
